Sierra – Orthodontic Assistant

Sierra has been with Dr. Renick for a number of years. Her face is usually the first one behind the desk, but she enjoys working chairside with the patients just as much. Working with patients not only allows her to talk to the kids, but also helps her get Disney songs stuck in Dr. Renick’s head. We call them “ear worms”.

Her favorite part of the job is seeing our kids go from hating their smile to beaming with excitement at their debond appointment. It’s the most rewarding feeling and is the reason she started working in orthodontics.

When she’s not at the office, she is either with her two pups, Sophie and Colt, or looking for some new place to go, especially if it gives her a chance to ride the Harley.
